MySmartDash™ is a bilingual AI receptionist service operated by Frederick Webb Digital Marketing, based in Killeen, Texas. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in the course of providing the service.

Patient details stay out of texts and AI chats. The AI books and routes, and anything clinical goes to your staff. We design for privacy by keeping sensitive details out of automated messages. We do not claim HIPAA compliance.
3. Information we process
To answer calls, book appointments, and send reminders, the service may process contact details such as name, phone number, and appointment preferences. We avoid processing sensitive clinical details in automated messages.
4. How we use information
We use information to answer calls, schedule and confirm appointments, send reminders, request reviews, and produce monthly performance reports for the practice that uses the service.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell information. We share information only as needed to operate the service, such as with calendar and messaging providers, and only to the extent necessary.
6. Data retention
We retain call and booking records only as long as needed to operate the service and produce reports, then remove them in the ordinary course.
7. Your choices
Practices may request changes to how reminders and follow-ups are sent. Individuals may ask a practice to update or remove their contact details.
